General Information
How do I sign up/ register for membership?
Membership is available to everybody attaining the age of 12. Application may be made by downloading the “TMG Rewards” (“the App”) and complete the registration from available channels (Mobile App) prescribed by the Company. Upon approval by the Company, the applicant shall be issued with a virtual card residing in the mobile phone known as TMG Rewards (“the Card”), with a lifetime membership fee of Ringgit Malaysia Twenty (RM20.00) and shall be recognized as a member of the Program (“Members”).
What are the benefits that I enjoy when I apply for membership?
Lifetime membership with no renewal fees, members are entitled to earn points for purchases made at all TMG outlets. Accumulated points will be entitled redeemed of gift voucher. In addition, member's enjoy member exclusive price, birthday treat and double points for purchase every Wednesday. A member shall also be notified of member exclusive, store openings and upcoming events and activities.
Do I need to pay any membership fee upon application?
Membership fee are Ringgit Malaysia Twenty (RM20.00) for lifetime. Payment can be made online via FPX payment, eWallet in the App or cash, card or eWallet payment at TMG Mart, TMG Plus and TMG Express outlets.
Is there any expire date of my Rewards Points?
Each Rewards Points issued only valid for a maximum period of twenty four (24) months from the day of issuance. All the points will be expired or zeroized on 1 January of 3rd Calendar Year.
Where can I earned my Rewards Points?
Points can be earned at all TMG Mart, TMG Plus and TMG Express outlets.
How can I earned my Rewards Points?
With purchase of minimum one Ringgit Malaysia (RM1), a member shall be entitled to one (1) Point. Points will not be rewarded for purchases of any gift card or vouchers purchased, reload services, mobile starter packs, bill payment, and government control products purchased.
How can I redeemed my Rewards Points?
Points can be redeemed through the “TMG Rewards” (“the App”). Redemption of vouchers is done by presenting to the cashier at the checkout counter at TMG outlets. The cashier will scan the voucher presented and offset the amount you have against your bill for the purchase.
Membership
When can I start earning Rewards Points?
Members can start earning Points once downloaded the “TMG Rewards” (“the App”) onto their mobile phone and after payment of Ringgit Malaysia Twenty (RM20.00). Members will start earning Points for every one Ringgit Malaysia (RM1.00) spent at TMG outlets. Redemption of vouchers can only be made after the Card has accumulated a minimum of 500 points.
Where can I check my Rewards Points?
Points can be checked through the “TMG Rewards” (“the App”).
How do I claim my TMG Rewards?
Points can only be claimed through the “TMG Rewards” (“the App”). Redemption of vouchers is done by presenting to the cashier at the checkout counter at TMG outlets. The cashier will scan the voucher presented from the QR code in the app and offset the amount you have against your bill for the purchase.
Where can I redeem my TMG Rewards Points?
Points can be redeemed through the “TMG Rewards” (“the App”). Redemption of vouchers is done by presenting the digital voucher to the cashier at the checkout counter at TMG outlets. The cashier will scan the digital voucher presented and offset the amount you have against your bill for the purchase.
Are my Rewards Points transferable?
No. Points are non-transferable to other member or exchange for cash.
Are there expiry for my Rewards Points?
Rewards Points issued only valid for a period of maximum twenty four (24) months from the day of issuance. All the points will be expired or zeroized on 1 January of 3rd Calendar Year.
How to login if I forgot my password?
Members do not require password to login the app. To login the app, member are required to key in their registered mobile phone number and type in the four (4) digit TAC Code.
If I accidentally uninstall the App or replaced my mobile phone, will it affect my membership and my accumulated Rewards Points?
The App uses the Members’ registered mobile phone number as its basic record. The App may be reinstalled using the Members’ registered mobile phone number and all the data residing therein, including the accumulated Points, will remain intact.
Will I be issued a physical membership card?
No physical cards are issued. The App operated only on virtual card residing in Members’ mobile phone number.
Can I apply for a supplementary card for my spouse of family members?
At the moment, the App does not cater for the issuance of any supplementary card for the Members.
Why can't I find the TMG Chup mobile app on Google Play Store, Apple App Store or Huawei App Gallery?
TMG Chup now has a fresh appearance and new name on both Google Play Store and Apple App Store. Currently TMG Rewards app is only available for iOS and Android devices. It is currently not available for Huawei devices. TMG Chup are now replaced with TMG Rewards mobile app where you can access and manage your points, redeem voucher and explore our latest offerings. The TMG Chup App icon have also been updated with our brand new look and name to TMG Rewards.
How does this change affect my user ID, points, voucher, logins and personal information I have?
There are NO CHANGES to your existing user ID, points, voucher, logins and personal information. Points collected and vouchers redeemed are still effective. Though we have a brand new look and name, you are still able to get the same benefits and seamless experience of the app.
How about my Chup Points accumulated from the TMG Chup mobile app?
There are no changes to any of the Points that you have earned. There are also no changes to how you redeem Points for vouchers on the TMG Rewards app. The Chup Points earned in the TMG Chup app will automatically be transferred into the TMG Rewards app upon first login.
Do I have to download the app if I have already downloaded the TMG Chup mobile app or will it be automatically update to the TMG Rewards mobile app?
Kindly download the new TMG Rewards app on your mobile device as the TMG Chup app will be discontinued.
I am currently holding the MyTunas physical card, do I have to download the TMG Rewards mobile app?
MyTunas physical card members are encouraged to download the new TMG Rewards mobile app. You may still be able to earn and accumulate points. However, it is simpler and faster to keep track of your points, redeem rewards as well as to stay update on the latest in-store promotions and store openings. Furthermore, to redeem vouchers from the points you earned. Members are required to redeem through the TMG Rewards app.

What can I redeem with my Rewards Points?
Members can redeemed vouchers after the Card has accumulated a total spend of Ringgit Malaysia Five Hundred (RM500).
How can I redeem the voucher redemption voucher?
Vouchers can be redeemed through the “TMG Rewards” (“the App”). To redeem the voucher in the app, go to Rewards and select Add Item. Vouchers are only available in denominations below:
Can Rewards Points earned in one outlet be used to redeem rewards at other outlets?
Members are entitled to use their Points to redeemed their vouchers at all TMG outlets.
